Training plans are tailored to meet your needs. Trainers meet with you before we start for an initial fitness assessment and set some SMART goals, short term and long term. Your training program will be designed to help you achieve your goals.
Your training sessions will provide you with individual attention and extra motivation to keep you moving toward your goals. The accountability of having a personal trainer will greatly increase your results.

All training sessions will take place at LiveFIT in Studio B in Depot Square or we can discuss other options if needed (such as you need to train at home during nap time or other family reasons).

What makes working out even more enjoyable? Working out with a friend or two!! With small group training (2-4 people) you get extra accountability and motivation and sometimes even a little competition. Plus you will save a little money but still get all the benefits of personal training!
