{Your Story}
What inspired you to start a career in fitness?
After having my fourth child, I knew I needed better accountability with my fitness and I found LiveFit! I lost 30 pounds while participating in challenges and I fell in love with this fitness community. I love so many classes at LiveFit but Barre became a passion for me as it continued to challenge me and change my body!

What do you love about your job?
I love challenging clients to make changes, big and small! I know if I can do it THEY CAN TOO! I truly love seeing women of all ages and all fitness levels find community like I did and learn to love themselves in a brand new way.

What is your favorite workout to do on your own?
I usually choose to run when I’m working out alone, but lately I actually bring my golden retriever with me. It’s a great complement to my barre workouts and I can put my earbuds in and burn some calories!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
What’s that? HaHa! I love spending time with friends, dating my husband, traveling, and cooking.

What are 3 things people may not know about you?
1.) I have kids that range from first grade to college age
2.) I have a heart condition that can make me pass out and I used to use that as my excuse not to workout!
3.) I suffer from Resting Barre Face…don’t worry I’m not mad it’s just my face!

What one piece of advice would you give to someone who is on a journey to lose weight, but feeling discouraged?
Don’t give up! Keep a food diary and be 100% honest with yourself about everything you are putting into your body. Be vulnerable enough to show it to a coach/nutritionist and ask what you can differently! Every small change leads to a bigger change down the road!

Anything else you would like to share?
I love trying out new workouts and studios when I can, but I feel like LiveFit is family and I’m so grateful to be a small part of it!
