Josh is a Degreed and Certified Fitness Coach (ACSM) and Group Fitness Certified (ACSM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business, Lipscomb University- Nashville, TN. Josh is also an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He has 6 years of Group Fitness teaching experience and 4 years of Boot Camp experience. He specializes in Weight Loss and Weight Loss Management, Overall Core Strength, Youth Training and Balance Control. Josh is also certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.
