The holidays are upon us! You are already looking forward to the new year and a new you? Do you need accountability to shed those extra holiday pounds off and learn how keep them off??
Beginning January 7, Emily Wilson will take a small group of ladies who are looking for motivation and accountability, and coach them toward their weight-loss goals. For six weeks, Emily will be your personal health and fitness coach, will work with you to set nutrition and weight loss goals, and will help you understand how to properly feed your body so that you can achieve your desired weight-loss.
Before the session begins, Emily will meet with you individually – to hear from you and determine your needs, and will help you set personal weight-loss goals. Included in the personal coaching package you will receive a pre and post InBody assessment, optional members-only fitness classes led by Emily, nutritional information and counseling, personal accountability and regular, frequent contact.
As a personal coaching client, you will be required to have a LiveFIT membership and attend three LiveFIT classes weekly. In addition, you will be required to record all food intake in My Fitness Pal and (learn to) plan and prep your meals in advance.
