I have been teaching and training in the health & fitness industry for over 8 years. I train from a holistic perspective which encompasses and connects the physical and mental aspects of living a healthy and positive life. The key to success is through education, accountability, and action. Results are made by setting goals and following through with them. Life is all about what you DO.

My goal as an educator in health and fitness is to model, encourage, and guide others to reach their personal best. I specialize in functional fitness, strength & conditioning, core stabilization, and flexibility/mobility. I teach Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Pilates, Barre, HIIT/cardio, Barbell Strength/weightlifting, and core classes.
