HOW TO PARTICIPATE
You have two options this year! Decide to enter this challenge as a Teammate with a LiveFIT Coach or as an Individual to not only lose weight but earn money and prizes in either category!
Participate as an Individual
Participate as one of 10-12 team members under the leadership of your own private LiveFIT coach (Teams are assigned to coaches. You may request to be on the same team as one other individual)
$49 to participate
$99 to participate
Participants must have a Basic or Unlimited Membership for the duration of the challenge (see website for pricing)
Your choice of a Biggest Loser t-shirt or tank
Before and After assessments include weight privately recorded and body measurements. (Inbody can be added for a fee)
Before and After assessments including weight privately recorded, body measurements and 3 InBody Composition Assessments (Before, optional Midway and After)
Before/After photos taken yourself & submitted to us
Biggest Loser Guidebook, Meal Plan and Grocery List
Daily communication and accountability through Coach Catalyst
Access to private FB group for peer support

TRACK YOUR RESULTS
TEAM participants have before & after InBody Assessments for accurate feedback on your weight loss (includes optional halfway InBody). INDIVIDUAL participants are tracked through before & after weight and body measurements.
Do you want to transform your body? Then you have to MOVE! You are required to complete a minimum of 3 weekly classes at LiveFIT for the duration of the challenge.
A MyZone MEP commitment! If you do not have a MyZone band currently, and want to participate, you will need to purchase one through LiveFIT. We are offering a one time special price of $85 for anyone participating in the Biggest Loser challenge (normally $99).
Do you want to lose weight? Then you have to EAT RIGHT! The 6 week Biggest Loser Challenge has one big nutrition goal: Eat real food!
Everyone has different needs! We are providing a 6 week meal plan to follow or you can use the simple, visual one page nutrition guides to plan your own meals and snacks.
The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity. Calorie counting or cycling of macronutrients is not necessary. Eat real food, that’s the name of the game.
Let us help you discover your “WHY”. The daily lessons through Coach Catalyst (delivered to you via email or text) will challenge you with motivating and deep thinking topics. In addition, each week we will take on a Movement challenge and a Facebook challenge. We will include lessons for weekly check-ins to give clients a chance to answer open-ended questions and ask questions in return.
Each morning around 9 am you will get your daily check-in question: Yesterday, did you eat ONLY real food? …to which you will answer with a simple “yes” or “no”. Remember, these answers help us coach you so there is no use in fibbing. If you are struggling we want to know so we can help.
HOW TO WIN
The Individual participant winners are based on weight loss percentages (initial weigh-in to final weigh-in). You must lose the highest percentage of weight – not necessarily the most weight. (ie. starting weight 220 lbs and ending weight of 200 lbs would be a 9% body weight loss).
The Team participant winner is determined upon the following point system:
- 1 point = for each % of pounds of fat lost
- 1 point = for each pound of muscle gained
- 1 bonus point = maintaining your muscle within 1/2 pound

CHALLENGE ASSESSMENTS & KICKOFF
LiveFIT Studio A – 12028 Walker Street Thursday, March 28 Friday, March 29 Saturday, March 30
**Your initial fitness assessment must be completed by Wed, April 3rd to be eligible for prizes.
AT the KICKOFF you will:
- Have your Inbody test, measurements and weight privately recorded. Wear minimal clothing and no shoes are allowed on the scale.
- Pick up your Biggest Loser t-shirt or tank at your kickoff assessment
- Pick up a MyZone belt *for those who do not have one
- Turn in your Biggest Loser “Contract for Change”
Winners will be announced at the Biggest Loser Finale Party (date TBA).
You will receive an invitation to join the challenge through Coach Catalyst the week prior. Some materials will be printed for you.
What am I committing to? We require challenge participants have a Basic or Unlimited membership during the duration of the challenge. Visit www.livefitwithadina.com for pricing. Each person is required to attend a minimum of 3 weekly classes! Keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more likely you will reach your goals!
How and when do I pay? You can pay online when registration opens on March 4th. Registration closes when capacity is reached (which has been in a matter of days in past years) OR by March 8th.
Can’t make it to the fitness assessment? We can set up an alternate time to meet with you!
